Contest History

Contest Philosophy

I love competing, training hard and doing what’s necessary to get ready for a show. Many people don’t realize how disciplined one must be during the entire pre-contest process, and I strive always to enter a show in my best level of conditioning. I maintain laser-like focus with my nutrition, training and attitude. The mind plays a critical role in contest prep.

At 5′ 4” and 135 pounds, on stage I may not beat someone on size alone, but I’ve learned to do my homework for a show and quite often capitalize on others’ pre-contest mistakes and beat competitors who carry more mass.

Having the right attitude throughout contest prep and even after the show is over is of utmost importance to me. No matter where I place, I never complain. I just keep working to improve.
